When the intel is already in the room
Operators hear programmes on calls, in Slack, and in PDFs that never hit a portal. Paste that into Signals. URLs get researched; plain text gets structured. Source stays manual. Map stays human.
Same taxonomy as research
Each item gets a signal type, buying-cycle bucket, and early / mid / late level. A strategy PDF is not tagged as a tender. An RFI is mid. A live RFP is late.
Not a dump
Paste is a capture path, not a firehose. You still review the pending queue. Nothing auto-sends from a pasted chat.
